The man, a tinkerer;
a creator of sorts;
he was the talk of the village;
the tinkering man;

He killed his wife;
he eats human meat;
he's missing an eye,
a leg,
a heart;
that's what they say;
the villagers' gossip;

He hears them all;
all thanks to his clocks;
built by the man with no heart;
in the room with no memories;
in the house with no love;
in the country with no name.
